In an exhilarating Hampshire Premier League Cup match, Whitehill & Bordon FC emerged victorious against Locks Heath, winning 5-3 on penalties after a thrilling 5-5 draw in regular time. The game was a rollercoaster of emotions, filled with stunning goals, dramatic equalisers, and a nerve-wracking penalty shootout.

Whitehill & Bordon FC got off to a flying start with a glancing header from a corner by Lee Coyne in the 6th minute. However, Locks Heath quickly responded, levelling the score from a well-executed through-ball in the 10th minute. The first half saw both teams trading blows, with Coyne adding a second strike in the 38th minute. Locks Heath's Jack Davis brought them back into the game with a spectacular volley from a cleared corner in the 35th minute. Ali Gill restored our lead with a strike in the 43rd minute, only for Adam Clark to equalize again for Locks Heath with a penalty just before halftime.

The second half continued the goal-fest, with Shayne Warren putting us ahead just three minutes after the restart with a brilliant strike in the 48th minute. James McKay extended our lead further in the 69th minute, but Locks Heath fought back fiercely. Ben Tiffin pulled another one back for Locks Heath before Joe Davis stunned everyone with a spectacular strike in the 86th minute, setting up a dramatic last couple of minutes.

With the scoreline locked at 5-5, the match headed to penalties. The tension was palpable, but our lads held their nerve, converting all their spot-kicks while Locks Heath could only manage three.
