In what turned out to be a thrilling start to the bank holiday weekend, Whitehill & Bordon FC secured a well-earned 2-1 victory against Bishop Waltham Dynamos. The rain cleared just in time for kickoff at Oakmoor School, setting the stage for an intense and exciting match.

Our lads got off to a strong start, with Warren opening the scoring in the 28th minute. His goal lifted the team and delighted the home crowd. However, Bishop Waltham Dynamos managed to find an equaliser just before the break, scoring in time added on in the first half.

Determined to regain the lead, Whitehill & Bordon FC came out with renewed energy in the second half. Fowler restored our advantage with a goal in the 51st minute. The team then held firm to see out the match, earning an excellent 3 points.

This victory marks a fantastic start to the bank holiday two-game fixture. The team's performance was spirited, and the result is a testament to everyone's hard work and determination.
