Whitehill & Bordon FC Announces Development Team Managers

May 31, 2024 – Whitehill & Bordon Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Larvan and Marc Hawtin as the new managers of the Whitehill & Bordon FC Development team.

With a wealth of experience in coaching and developing young players in the local area, Steve and Marc bring a unique and innovative approach to talent development that aligns perfectly with the club's vision and values.

Steve and Marc previously managed together at Alton Youth, where they led the team to an unbeaten season.

Steve was the last captain at Alton Town to lift silverware and has also played for Camberley Town and Farnham.

Marc Hawtin has played for Bordon Colts, Alton Town, and BOSC, and was previously a national five-a-side runner-up with England, losing to Scotland in the final.

Our new management expressed their excitement about the opportunity, stating:

"We are delighted and honoured to join Whitehill & Bordon FC and lead the Development team in this new chapter of the club's journey. We are looking forward to working closely with the talented young players and helping them reach their full potential both on and off the field."
