Match Review: Moneyfields Reserves 3-2 Whitehill & Bordon

In a challenging away fixture, Whitehill & Bordon FC fell to a narrow 3-2 defeat against Moneyfields Reserves. Despite a valiant effort the team couldn't quite overturn the deficit.

The match kicked off with Moneyfields Reserves taking the initiative, scoring the opening goal and putting Whitehill & Bordon FC on the back foot. However, our lads showed resilience and fought back. Ciaran Judd delivered the equaliser, ensuring the teams went into halftime level at 1-1.

As the second half unfolded, Moneyfields Reserves regained control, extending their lead with two further goals. At 3-1, the challenge intensified for the Stags. Nevertheless, Lee Coyne injected hope into the contest by finding the back of the net and reducing the deficit to 3-2.

The team displayed commendable determination and teamwork, battling until the final whistle. Although we didn't secure the desired result, there are positives to build on as we move forward in the season.
